• The Placement Assessment is a 20-minute live online session.
• After purchase, Lumin Academy will contact you to coordinate your preferred date and time.
• The assessment must be completed before final class placement.
• Rescheduling requests must be sent to Lumin Academy support, not directly to the assessor or teacher.
• To reschedule your placement session, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
• If you miss the session or request changes less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session may be counted as completed.
• In that case, no refund or free rescheduling is guaranteed.
• If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule the session, you will be offered a new available time.
• The Placement Assessment fee is non-refundable once the session has been attended.
• The assessment result is a level recommendation and does not guarantee admission to a specific class time, teacher, or group.
• Final class placement depends on level suitability, class availability, and schedule compatibility.
