Business English Team is designed for organizations that want to improve workplace communication through collaborative learning. Rather than placing your employees into a fixed Business English syllabus, every program begins with individual placement assessments and a complimentary planning consultation. This allows us to understand each participant's English level, your organization's communication priorities, and the situations where your employees use English every day. The result is a personalized training program that reflects your team's goals, communication needs, and professional environment.  
Your program starts before your first lesson. Each participant completes an individual placement assessment so our academic team can evaluate current English proficiency, communication skills, strengths, and areas for development. Next, we'll meet with your company for a complimentary 30-minute planning consultation to discuss your communication goals, workplace priorities, and the situations where your employees use English. Using this information, we'll design a personalized learning pathway that supports your team and aligns with your organization's objectives.

  • This package is designed for up to six learners from the same company or team.
  • Each lesson is delivered live online.
  • After purchase, we'll contact you to arrange the placement assessments, planning consultation, and lesson schedule.
  • Lesson times are subject to teacher availability and a schedule agreed upon with your organization.
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted to Lumin Academy Support at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Requests made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed sessions, may be considered completed and are not eligible for a refund or complimentary rescheduling.
  • If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule a session, we'll offer the next available appointment.
  • Package fees are non-refundable once the first lesson has been attended.
  • Placement assessments are used to recommend the most appropriate learning pathway and do not guarantee a specific teacher or schedule.
