The Placement Session is a 20-minute live assessment designed to evaluate your speaking ability, grammar knowledge, vocabulary range, and overall communication skills.
Most learners receive their CEFR level recommendation shortly after completing the Placement Session.

Our instructors are carefully selected and approved by the Lumin Academic Team based on their qualifications and teaching experience.
Learners are matched with instructors according to their level, learning goals, and availability to ensure the best learning experience.
If a teacher informs us in advance that they will be unable to teach a scheduled lesson, the Academic Support Team will contact learners to arrange an alternative time.
In urgent and unexpected situations, the Academic Team will assign another qualified instructor with a similar teaching profile to ensure continuity.
