Refund Policy

This policy applies to private sessions, placement sessions, and group class bookings made through Lumin.
Placement can be refunded in full only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled placement time.
For private packages, cancellation can be requested before the next session. If the request is made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session, the learner can receive a refund for the remaining sessions.
If the request is made inside the 48-hour window, the refund is calculated after deducting completed sessions and one upcoming session.
Group classes can be refunded in full only if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before class start.
After that, the refund is calculated by deducting completed sessions and 30% of the remaining balance.
