- Rescheduling requests must be sent to Lumin Academy support, not directly to the teacher.
- Group class sessions are scheduled for the whole class and cannot normally be rescheduled for one student only.
- If a student misses a scheduled group session, the session may be counted as completed.
- No refund or free replacement session is guaranteed for missed group sessions.
- If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule a session, students will be offered a new class time or suitable alternative.
- The course fee is non-refundable once the first live class session has been attended.
- The course does not guarantee a specific teacher, classmate, or future class time.
- Continuation after this course depends on student preference, level suitability, teacher availability, and suitable class options.
