Terms and Conditions

- Each private lesson is 60 minutes.

- Lessons are scheduled 3 days per week, unless otherwise agreed with Lumin Academy.
- After purchase, Lumin Academy will contact you to coordinate your start date, preferred weekdays, and class times.
- The placement assessment may be scheduled before the first private lesson to help determine your starting level.
- Private lesson times are subject to teacher availability and schedule compatibility.
- Rescheduling requests must be sent to Lumin Academy support, not directly to the teacher.
- To reschedule a private lesson or placement assessment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If you miss a scheduled session or request changes less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session may be counted as completed.
- In that case, no refund or free rescheduling is guaranteed.
- If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule a session, you will be offered a new available time.
- The package fee is non-refundable once the first private lesson has been attended.
- The placement result is a level recommendation and does not guarantee a specific teacher, time slot, or future class.
- Unused lessons may not be transferred to another student.
- Continuation after this package depends on student preference, teacher availability, and suitable class options.
