  • To reschedule a lesson or placement assessment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If one or both students miss a scheduled session or request changes less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session may be counted as completed.
  • In that case, no refund or free rescheduling is guaranteed.
  • If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule a session, students will be offered a new available time.
  • The package fee is non-refundable once the first semi-private lesson has been attended.
  • The placement result is a level recommendation and does not guarantee a specific teacher, time slot, or future class.
  • Unused lessons may not be transferred to another student or package.
  • Continuation after this package depends on student preference, teacher availability, level suitability, and suitable class options.
