- After purchase, Lumin Academy will contact the student or buyer to coordinate the start date, preferred weekdays, and class times.
- The placement assessment may be scheduled before the first lesson to help determine level suitability.
- Lumin Academy may review whether both students are suitable to study together based on level and learning goals.
- Lesson times are subject to teacher availability and schedule compatibility.
- The schedule must be suitable for both students.
- Rescheduling requests must be sent to Lumin Academy support, not directly to the teacher.
- To reschedule a lesson or placement assessment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If one or both students miss a scheduled session or request changes less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session may be counted as completed.
- In that case, no refund or free rescheduling is guaranteed.
- If Lumin Academy needs to reschedule a session, students will be offered a new available time.
- The package fee is non-refundable once the first semi-private lesson has been attended.
- The placement result is a level recommendation and does not guarantee a specific teacher, time slot, or future class.
- Unused lessons may not be transferred to another student or package.
- Continuation after this package depends on student preference, teacher availability, level suitability, and suitable class options.
